PUBLIC NOTICE - HEARING CONTINUED (OCTOBER 11TH AND 15TH)

Notice is hereby given that the Center Harbor Zoning Board of Adjustment has received an application for a Variance of land located at 24 Dew Point Lane, Center Harbor owned by Mark Sudbey Tax Map 103 Lot 015.
The hearing will be held in the Cary Mead Room of the Center Harbor Municipal Building on September 10, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
Description of the Variance proposal citing Article 5 Section 3:1 of the Zoning Ordinance is as follows:
Approximately 943 square feet of patio to be installed in the 75’ set back of the shorefront
