Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, Governor Sununu has issued Emergency Order #12 Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-004 which provides a temporary modification of public access to meetings under RSA 91-A.  With this order in place, the Planning Board now plans to hold the hearing scheduled for May 5, 2020 at 6 p.m. via Zoom Conference. SITE WALK MAY 13TH AT LOCATION, HEARING CONTINUED TO MAY 19TH, HEARING CONTINUED TO JUNE 23RD


Notice is hereby given that the Center Harbor Planning Board has received an application for an Amendment to a Subdivision/Boundary Line Adjustment between land owned by Edwin D. Kline, Tax Map 212 Lot 032 and John Hayes and Amanda Nason, Tax Map 212 Lot 020.

Description of the Amendment to a Subdivision/Boundary Line Adjustment:

The proposal is to convey approximately 7,063 sf from parcel 212-032, owned by Edwin D. Kline to parcel 212-020, owned by John Hayes and Amanda Nason and thereby reduce the width of the right-of-way at this one lot location from 50 feet to 30 feet.
