Summer Clearance Library Book Sale

Shelves at the James E. Nichols Memorial Library are nearly collapsing under the weight of too many great books! In order to lessen the load and make room for new releases, the Library will hold a "Summer Clearance Book Sale" on Friday, August 16 from 10am to 6:30pm and Saturday, August 17 from 10am to 1pm on the Library lawn. All books must go!
Gently worn books, audiobooks and DVDs will be offered at bargain basement, clearance "prices," otherwise known as "donations appreciated." These are perfect for replenishing your seasonal camp or vacation home with enjoyable reading for you and your visitors. That beautiful coffeetable book might just be the ideal housewarming present for your new neighbor. Or, start your holiday gift shopping early this year simply by perusing the wide variety of fiction and non-fiction books available. Most are in excellent, almost new condition. You might even happen upon that Agatha Christie mystery you always meant to read, but never had the chance! And you can't beat the "price!"
