June 29 -30, 2022 - Two mini-splits are being installed at the Town House. The two units will be more efficient than a single unit.
The mini-splits will make the Town House comfortable for meetings from the spring to late fall by providing air conditioning or heat when needed.
Many, many thanks to all who donated to the Heritage Fund. Donations funded the mini-splits and their installation.
July 17, 2022 - An open house is being held at the Center Harbor Town House. Nearly 40 people stopped by to tour this historic building, see artifacts found during its restoration, enjoy refreshments, and mingle with friends and neighbors. It was a very hot and muggy summer afternoon, but the minisplits kept everyone nice and cool.
