A Permit By Notification (PBN) - New 2022
The Town of Center Harbor now has a PBN form which can be used in place of a standard Building Permit if the work you are intending to do is considered “replacement in kind”. For more information please see the documents tab on the left side of the Code Enforcement Page. If you have questions as to whether or not the work you are planning to do falls under the PBN criteria, please contact the Building Department by calling 603-253-4561 or email code@centerharbornh.gov
