Historical Society presents "Islands of Lake Winnipesaukee"

Author and avid kayaker Ron Guilmette enchants audiences with tales of his paddling adventures to all 260 islands of Lake Winnipesaukee. (Or are there 365 islands, one for every day of the year, as an old wives' tale claims?) Ron will be your guide on a beautiful powerpoint photo voyage of the Big Lake and its islands.
About the Speaker: Ron Guilmette, together with Jay Leccese, wrote the award-winning coffee table book The Islands of Winnipesaukee, which contains over 300 color photos of every island on the lake. He has also been featured on the WMUR nightly magazine program New Hampshire Chronicle.
After the program, Ron will sign copies of his book, which will be available for purchase. Some of the proceeds will benefit the Centre Harbor Historical Society.
