Health Officer

The Health Officer is responsible for the health of the public and is empowered to investigate and mitigate any hazards to public health. This can include septic system issues, insect infestations, or disease outbreaks. These town officials work closely with partners at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services as the front line investigators and as intermediaries between State and local officials. We are co-located with the Center Harbor Fire Department.
