Notice is hereby given that the Center Harbor Zoning Board of Adjustment has received an application for a Variance of land located at 542 Dane Road, Center Harbor owned by Slava V. Gaufberg Tax Map 215 Lot 023.
The hearing will be held in the Cary Mead Room of the Center Harbor Municipal Building on November 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
Description of the Variance proposal citing Article 5 Section 11:3 of the Zoning Ordinance is as follows:
Construction of an attached deck located a distance of 48' from the shoreline, 75' is required
