Notice is hereby given that the Center Harbor Zoning Board of Adjustment has received an application for a Variance at land located at 24 Dew Point Lane, Center Harbor, owned by Joseph B. and Danielle C. Battaini Tax Map 103 Lot 015.
The hearing which will be held in the Cary Mead Room of the Center Harbor Municipal Building on April 9, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
Description of the Variance proposal citing Article 5 Section 3:1 of the Zoning Ordinance is as follows:
Approximately 750 sf of area is to be added with existing 590 sf of reconfigured area connecting paths, patio and outdoor entertainment areas and steps to dock.
