ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, CITY/TOWN: CENTER HARBOR, NH

Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at:

7:00 PM on July 11, 2016 at 36 Main St, Cary Mead Room, Center Harbor concerning a request by Center Harbor Associates, LLC for a Variance citing Section 5:3:1 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Applicant would like to construct 5’ x 18’ outside porches with a 1.75’ roof overhang within the 75’ lake shore setback.

Immediately following the above mentioned hearing, the ZBA will hear an application from Center Harbor Associates, LLC concerning a request for a Variance citing Section 5:3:1 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Applicant would like to construct an outdoor Jacuzzi and deck with heated handicap accessible walkways within the 75’ lake shore setback.
